these next two were taken from our balcony. I really want to take emma on a dolphin cruise on our next trip because I think she would absolutely love it!
but the scary thing is that we are unsure about our next trip {scheduled in a few weeks} and are just waiting to see if the oil finds its way to our beautiful beach. This crisis has really hit home with our family, especially Emma. For now we are dutifully praying for the areas already hit and that the leak will be fixed soon.
Perdido Key and surrounding areas seem to be well on their way to prepare for the potential oil disaster and several workers were even staying in our condo and informed us that they are working hard to protect the wildlife. Hopefully, their hard work will just remain precautionary!
